1. What is delivered
Sportify, operated by Sportify Solutions, is a booking and ticketing platform for sports facilities. When you pay through Sportify you are buying the right to use a facility — a turf slot, a pool session, an event ticket or a membership — from the facility itself. Nothing physical is dispatched or couriered. Read this together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. How and when you receive it
2.1 Instant digital confirmation
Delivery is immediate and digital. As soon as your payment is verified with the payment gateway, the booking, ticket or membership is confirmed in your account and a confirmation — carrying the booking reference and, where applicable, an entry code or QR code — is shown on screen and sent to the mobile number on the booking by SMS. In normal conditions this happens within seconds, and effectively always within a few minutes.
2.2 Using what you bought
You use the service by attending the facility at the booked time and presenting your booking reference or entry code at the gate. For a membership, the entitlement is active on your account for the period purchased. No delivery address is collected, because nothing is delivered to one.
2.3 Prices and currency
All prices on Sportify are shown and charged in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The amount you approve at the payment step is the amount charged.
3. If confirmation does not arrive
If your payment succeeded but you did not receive a confirmation — no on-screen confirmation and no SMS — first check the booking list in your Sportify account, where a confirmed booking appears immediately. If it is not there, contact us at contact@sportifysolutions.com or WhatsApp +880 1884-462875 with your payment reference. Every gateway transaction is reconciled against the bookings in the system, so a paid booking that failed to confirm is identifiable and will be put right — either the booking is confirmed, or the payment is returned per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
