After the trial

A platform charge on transactions. You keep the rest.

Paid at your desk2.5%standard, or lower

Cash, card or wallet taken in person. The money is yours from the moment you take it; the platform charge is settled periodically.

Paid online2.5%standard, + gateway fee

Plus the payment gateway’s own fee (around 2.5%), which we pass straight through — we do not mark it up. Your payout arrives net of both.

Our charge does not change with how the money arrives or what was sold — a booking, a ticket and a membership are all treated the same. 2.5% is where every facility starts; volume, several venues or a longer commitment bring it below that.

Your rate

2.5% is the standard. It is not the only shape a deal takes.

Most facilities pay the standard rate and never think about it again. But a busy multi-venue group and a single ground opening next month are not the same business, so the agreement can be shaped three ways — and whichever you agree is written down before you go live.

A percentage

2.5% of the transaction is the standard rate. Higher volume, several venues on one account, or a longer commitment can bring it below that.

The default. Most facilities stay here.

A flat fee instead

A fixed amount per transaction rather than a percentage, so what you pay does not rise with your prices.

Usually better when your average booking value is high.

A cap per transaction

A maximum charge on any single transaction, on top of either shape above — so a ৳60,000 tournament block is never charged as a straight percentage of the whole thing.

Worth asking for if you sell large block bookings or annual memberships.

Your rate is agreed before you go live, in writing. It is recorded against your organisation and applied automatically to every transaction — there is no per-invoice discretion, and it cannot be changed without your agreement. Every charge appears on your statement with the rule that produced it, so you can always see why a number is what it is.

Included, always

The operating system is not the upsell.

Everything you need to take a booking and run a gate is included at the transaction rate — no tiers, no feature gates on the basics.

Unlimited bookings and slots
Live availability across every device
Customer web app and mobile app
Front desk / point of sale
Ticketing with QR gate check-in
Memberships and coaching programmes
Customer records, loyalty and discount codes
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card and bank payments
Bangla and English throughout
Staff accounts with role-based access
Software modules

The back-office modules are a subscription.

These do not generate transactions of their own, so a percentage would make no sense. They are included free during your trial, and priced per organisation afterwards — talk to us and we will quote against your size.

Finance

Double-entry books, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, payables and receivables, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, month-end close.

Inventory

Retail counter, stock movements, weighted-average costing, valuation and wastage.

HR & Payroll

Employees, multi-facility allocation, monthly payroll with TDS and payslips.

Your books keep working either way. If you never subscribe to Finance, the system still records every transaction correctly behind the scenes — you simply do not open the reports. Nothing is lost, and nothing has to be rebuilt if you subscribe later.

What operators ask before signing up.

Sportify is free for 60 days with full access to every module. After the trial, the standard platform charge is 2.5% of the transaction — the same rate whether the customer pays online or in cash at your desk. Online payments also carry the payment gateway's own fee of around 2.5%, which is passed through without markup. The finance, inventory and payroll modules are priced as a monthly subscription per organisation.
