1. What the trial includes
A new organisation gets 60 days of access to the Sportify platform with every module unlocked, including the ones that are otherwise a paid subscription: finance and accounting, inventory, and HR and payroll.
- No payment card is required to start.
- No setup or onboarding fee.
- No limit on the number of bookings, staff accounts or facilities during the trial.
- We help you load your venues, slot times, prices and staff.
2. When it starts and ends
The trial runs for 60consecutive calendar days from the day your organisation’s account is activated, not from the day you first log in. We will tell you the end date at activation, and the console shows the days remaining throughout.
3. Real transactions during the trial
The trial is not a sandbox. You can take real bookings and real payments from real customers, and you should, that is the only way to judge the software.
Two consequences follow, and both are normal:
- Payment gateway fees still applyto online payments during the trial, because that money goes to the gateway, not to us. We are not able to waive a third party’s fee.
- Your data is real data. Bookings, customers and accounting records created during the trial are kept if you continue, you are not starting again on day 61.
Whether the Sportify platform charge applies to transactions during the trial is confirmed in writing with your organisation before activation. Where we have agreed to waive it, that is stated in your activation email.
4. What happens when the trial ends
This is the part worth reading twice.
- Your core operation keeps working. Bookings, the front desk, ticketing, memberships and customer records continue on the standard transaction terms described on our pricing page. Your ground does not stop taking bookings because a trial expired.
- Subscription modules pause. Finance, inventory and HR/payroll screens lock until you subscribe.
- Nothing is deleted, and nothing stops being recorded. The system continues to keep your accounting records correctly behind the scenes even while the finance module is locked. If you subscribe three months later, you open the reports and find three complete months there, not a gap.
- You can export your data at any time, during or after the trial.
5. Eligibility and fair use
- One trial per organisation. Creating additional accounts for the same business to extend a trial is not permitted.
- The trial is for genuine evaluation by a sports facility operator. We may decline or end a trial being used for load-testing, competitive benchmarking, or resale without our agreement.
- The acceptable-use clause of the Terms & Conditions applies in full during the trial.
6. Extending or ending early
If 60 days is not enough, a seasonal ground, a late start, a decision waiting on a partner, write to us. We would rather extend a trial than lose a good customer to a calendar.
You can stop at any time, with nothing to cancel and no fee, since no payment method was taken. Tell us at contact@sportifysolutions.com and we will close the account and give you your data.
7. Changes to this offer
We may change or withdraw the trial offer for new sign-ups at any time. A trial already started runs on the terms in force when it started, a change never shortens a trial that is already running.
